Contact Us
Questions, bug reports, feature requests and name suggestions all reach the same inbox, and we read all of them.
It's a small project, so replies come from a person rather than a helpdesk. Expect a few days rather than a few minutes.
What's most useful to include
- Reporting something broken — the page or screen you were on, what you expected, what happened instead, and the device and browser. A screenshot beats a description every time.
- A problem with a shared session — include the session link. Sessions can only be identified by their link, so without it we can't find yours.
- Requesting a feature — tell us the situation you were in when you wanted it, not just the feature. Knowing the problem usually produces a better answer than the solution someone had in mind.
- Privacy and data requests — see the privacy policy for what we hold. To have a session's data removed, send us its link.
Before you write
A good number of questions are already answered on the FAQ — how many names you need, what happens to names you enter, why a favourite lost early, and whether progress is saved. Worth a look first.
Press and partnerships
Same address. Mention what you're working on and your deadline in the first line.
One thing that always helps: tell us what you were trying to do. It's the detail most often left out and the one that makes a report immediately actionable.
